why didn't my automation generate anything?

if a run finished with nothing to show, one of these is usually the reason.

• no sources connected: add at least one rss source so the automation has ideas to pick from.
• no new ideas since the last run: automations only use ideas they haven't used before. pull your sources or add a new one.
• a persona is still generating: the automation skips personas that aren't ready yet. wait for it to finish, or pick another.
• out of tokens: every deliverable costs tokens. buy a top-up pack or upgrade your plan, then run it again.
