what's the difference between needs approval and publishes automatically?
every automation has one of two modes.
- needs approval: generated deliverables wait on the automation page. approve one to add it to the posting schedule, or reject it to discard it.
- publishes automatically: generated deliverables go straight into the posting schedule and post at the next open posting time.
you can switch modes any time from the automation's settings; deliverables already waiting for approval stay waiting.
