when an asset has uploaded photos or clips, dibs weaves them into the deliverable as b-roll.
- clips: uploaded clips are picked as b-roll and play as they are.
- photos: uploaded photos become slow-pan cutaways.
you don't need both: photos alone are enough to feature an asset.
